General information
The check -in time is 14:00 and the check-out time is 11:00.

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed unless you have paid for the previous night and otherwise subject to availability

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Switch, Solo, and JCB.

You can cancel before 16.00 h (GMT or BST as relevant) on the day prior to arrival, to avoid a one day cancellation charge.

Please ensure you keep a record of the cancellation number provided to you in the event that you cancel to avoid any confusion.
Restaurant
Restaurant We serve Continental Buffet breakfast (complimentary to residents, £5.95 for non-residents) . It includes: four types of cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, fruit cocktail, grapefruit segments, hot drinks (cappuccino, cafe au lait, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, choco-milk, cafe mocha), ham, cheese, yogurt, croissants, rolls, toast, boiled eggs and baked beans

Our breakfast time is from 07:00 till 09:30 Monday-Friday and 07:30 - 10:00 Saturday-Sunday and Bank holidays.

Restaurant If you are not feeling full enough with our breakfast, we have a coffee shop called TCoffee Express in the hotel where you can have hot foods including the full English breakfast. Click here to find more about our new coffee shop.

For lunch and dinner, there are a number of good quality family run restaurants nearby with prices that are approximately half of the prices that you pay north of the River. We can find the names and addresses in Attractions menu. We can organise a special menu on request for groups of guests and as part of a conference/meeting package.
Lobby bar
Bar We have a bar located in our air-conditioned lobby that serves a selection of beers, soft drinks, liquors and spirits.
Leisure facilities
There is a small air-conditioned gym with bike, treadmill and rowing boat. Usage is free for all our residents.
Conference rooms
Conference Room We have one conference room with accommodating capacity of: 10 board rooms or 12 theatre style.

Car park
Car park There is a limited car park on site. The Parking spaces can be pre booked at a cost of £18.00 per pace per night. The remaining spaces will be sold on a strict "first come first served" basis at a cost of £18.00 per space per night parking spaces booked in advance must be guaranteed by credit card and the booking can be cancelled until 06.00 on the day of arrival.
Other services
Internet There are two computers available for high speed internet access in our coffee shop. It cost 9p per minute. You can either put some coins directly into the machine or use credit card to pay.

We also have wireless internet available in our lobby. It is £3 for an hour, £6 for 3 hours and £12 for a day. Please ask our staff at the reception for more information.


We also have a free luggage room at the hotel. Items are however left at the owners risk.

Other extra services include photocopying, fax, transfers to and from airports, sightseeing tours in London and England, and tickets for major tourist attractions, subject to relevant charges, notice given and availability.
